A consistent place to get your pho fixing! Came here twice and the soup and portion size is adequate for the price. I've had the whole grilled squid, baked oysters w/cheese, fresh spring rolls, and shaken fries. All in which were great. Next time I want to try their escargot and Bun Bo Hue! Will definitely be back, love their street market style interior and service is great.

Wow! First time here and will definitely come back with for more. We had the escargot, basil clams, hot stone waygu pho and the bun Bo hue. All amazing in its own. Oh we also had the salted caramel coffee. Pretty good. The service was great. Will make a stop here on our monthly Vegas retreats for now on.

As first-timers at this restaurant, we had a fantastic experience! We kicked things off with the thai style raw shrimp and fresh spring roll - goi cuon for appetizers, and wow, they were a hit! Fresh and bursting with flavor. For the main course, I went with the vermicelli topped with spring rolls, which was vibrant and satisfying, while my partner chose the bun bo hue, and it didn't disappoint either. Everything was just delicious. To top off the meal, i tried their Vietnamese coffee, and it was the perfect treat. The staff was attentive and always checked up on us. loved the ambiance or the restaurant. their decor is cute. Overall, a delightful experience! We can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu.

A review of their less popular items, perhaps the reason for the lower star rating. We ordered brisket pho for the kids and this was pretty on par with other Vietnamese restaurants. The rest of us ordered vermicelli bowls, unfortunately the noodles were still in blocks. The noodles had to be pried apart and some were hard. The shrimp/pork paste is a little on the dry side and not the shrimp wrapped bean curd that I was maybe anticipating or something similar. The egg rolls were good, heavier on veggie side. The grilled pork for the vermicelli bowl was also good. It seems most people come for the hot stone pho from what I noticed at other tables.

We came back to Saigon Corner, and it was just as amazing as before! The Chili Lime Escargot was incredibly addicting--the green chili lime sauce with garlic gave it the perfect balance of tangy heat and bold flavor. Just a heads-up, they only serve it from 5 PM to 10 PM, so plan accordingly if you want to try it. The Hot Stone Pho was a game-changer. Instead of cooking in the broth, the prime Angus rib slices are seared on a sizzling hot stone, locking in all the flavor before you dip them into the rich, aromatic broth. The beef literally melts in your mouth, and the accompanying green dipping sauce takes it to the next level. We also got the Bo Nhung Dam (Saigon Beef Dip Dip)--thinly sliced beef dipped in a light vinegar broth, then wrapped into fresh spring rolls with herbs and vermicelli. It reminded me of Bò 7 Món, full of bright, fresh flavors. Unfortunately, service was really slow--we could never get a server when we needed something, and we didn't even get water until the end of the meal, we were dying of thirst! The food was incredible, but the service definitely needs improvement.

My mom took me to this place and I can see why she loves it so much. The inside is so beautiful and the setting really sets the mood for a nice and calm dinner. The food was affordable and fresh! And the service was friendly! The staff was welcoming and easy going! Will definitely be coming back!

The restaurant is a good size with plenary of tables. We got lucky and beat the dinner rush and only waited about 5 minutes for a table. There's only about three seats available to wait in or you have to beautiful outside. Our server was very attentive and took our order right away. The shrimp spring rolls had great flavor and really enjoyed the peanut sauce. My husband had the garlic noodles with shrimp and it was delicious. He said he wanted them to be a little more garlicky but still very good. The shirt beef pho was so, so good. The meat was very tender, the broth had great flavor and I would def order this again and again. The meat is pretty much placed on top of the bone and easy to eat. Def coming back

Visiting Las Vegas with my best friend, im so thrilled that we had time to stop by this Viet restaurant. We were amazed by the cute decor reminding of our street food in Vietnam. We all have the beef steak in the skillet which reminds us of "Bò bít tết"; the taste is very close. I'm more in love with the tea is not too sweet & very refreshing. The grilled squid with green pepper is also good as well. We just dont have enough room in the stomach to try all the food. Lol Will return if back in town. Highly recommend! Dont feel the rush bcz they can get busy very fast..

I was super excited to find this spot so close to my house! One of the best things about them is they are FAST - there's not a lot of wait from ordering to food showing up! We ordered spring rolls, pork rolls, and some pho and from start to finish we were there like an hour tops. All of the rolls were delicious, and the dipping sauces were a perfect pair! I loved the broth on the pho but honestly the noodles weren't fantastic and the meat seemed pretty sparse. Overall I will probably be coming back, at least for the spring rolls!

Saigon Corner Restaurant's gastropod pics have been showing up on my Yelp feed for awhile. But I didn't realize it was the same place when the Husband suggested this place for dinner. He had seen it driving by and was curious about it. I was really excited when I saw the various unique items on their menu. This place goes beyond your typical pho, vermicelli bowls, and rice plates. We ordered a bunch of different items. * Flower Periwinkle in Salted Egg Yolk (Vietnamese Snails) $18 * Grease Snail in Garlic Butter $16 * Sichuan Grilled Pork Jowl $13 * Garlic Noodles with Lamb Ribs $20.99 * Beef Carpaccio with Shrimp Crackers $15.95 Everything was really good and we had a great experience. It was nice to have a different flavor profile when eating Vietnamese than what you typically get. I think I need to go back again soon. My only real issue is the disposable plastic water cups they provide. Almost everything else is reusable tableware and sturdy, but yet these plastic cups are super cheap and flimsy. I would suggest investing in some reusable water cups. This place is a hidden gem for sure!
